The main bedroom with king sized bed has an en suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a large spacious bathroom. The lounge is cool during summer and cozy during winter with an indoor scan fireplace which gives off a massive amount of heat. The entertainment areas include an enclosed lapa with an indoor barbecue, an outdoor fire boma area, and a sunny deck next to the pool. There is a big lawn for children to play on as well as a trampoline. There is also a laundry room and secure off street parking, however our cleaning lady will gladly do your washing for you. Due to our large solar and battery system we are almost fully off the grid, which means the lights will stay on and small appliances can be used during load shedding. Guest access You will have access to the entire property as mentioned above. However, the upstairs office, garage, domestic quarters and separate apartment at the back of the property will be off limits. Other things to note As mentioned our property manager/cleaner will service the apartment 3 x week. She also resides on the property and has her own separate living quarters at the back of the house. She has worked for us for over 12 years and is extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. She would be happy to assist with babysitting if required. She will also look after the property taking care of the refuse, recycling, overseeing the gardening services and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We do have a permanent tenant that lives in a separate apartment at the back of the property, however, the tenant does not have access to the main house or any of the living/entertainment and pool areas. The main house is completely separate and private. He/She has his own separate garden and our property manager/cleaner also services the apartment. The only shared space would be the driveway and parking area.
