A lovely, modern and cozy apartment right by the Bow River. My place is in Downtown Calgary but appears removed from the hustle because of the river. It is a few blocks away from shopping, Prince's Island Park, lovely restaurants and the C-Train Tracks. This apartment is located in a new and modern building which has Air Conditioning and heated bathroom floors. You will have the use of the entire apartment including an en-suite washer & dryer while you stay. The space This is a quiet and tidy apartment. You will enjoy the serene view of the river from the home and if you want to go for a walk or run, the paths are right across the road. This place comes with: - Wifi and Cable TV - Air Conditioning and Heated Bathroom Floors - Quick access to McLeod Trail, Memorial Drive, and Deerfoot Trail. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use. All my personal stuff have been removed and there is absolutely no clutter. There is no shared area here, the place is all yours while you stay. Other things to note There is paid Street Parking, which is free from 6pm to 9am and all day on Sundays. There is a paid parking lot about half a block south of the building. There is no Free parking designated for this listing. Let me know if you need underground parking when you book and I can confirm availability. It is good for cars and small SUVs and costs $15 a day. We provide coffee and tea, sugar, a few spices and some cooking utensils. If you would want to fix your own meals, there are lots of grocery stores nearby to pick up what you need.
