These protocols are frequently audited. Covid-Free: In order to prevent the spread of any bacteria, the safety measures we apply to each guest arrival and departure ensure the complete disinfection of each property and the elimination of possible bacteria. Important to know: Upon the client's arrival, a hold will be made on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is equivalent to 200 usd. Once the guest leaves, and the cleaning department has cleaned the property and verified that there are no stained or torn linens, or broken dishes, they will be refunded in full.
