Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This main level (pet friendly-limit 2) bedroom has direct access to the pool and ocean. The king sized bed boasts of comfort, but is not the focal point of this room . This room is ideal for a couple traveling and wanting to experience a quiet, tranquil environment. The guest room features; king sized bed, a flat screen television, dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and private bathroom. The space We have 4 poolside guest rooms available for rent, as well as a one bedroom oceanfront apartment. Our deluxe property can accommodate up to 14 guests. We are an ideal venue for your next celebration. We have several oceanfront outdoor tables available for our guests. The pool is available from 9 am to 9 pm.. The beach is available anytime. Please note during some months beach access is limited due to the high tide and our recent hurricane (fall of 2022) our beach is very rocky. We have a guest kitchen available with gas stove, preparation area, cookware, table and glassware. We also have our Gas and Charcoal BBQ located in the outer area. Please remember to bring your own charcoal. We welcome small pets in the room for an additional $100 pesos per night per pet. Large pets are $200. One additional guest is welcome for an additional $500 pesos due upon check in. You must notify us at time of reserving if you are traveling with your pet or are more than 2 guests. Air conditioning is available from April 1st to October 31st. During winter months it is very cool at night and air conditioning is not necessary. Other things to note Though we are on the ocean our beach access is limited during the summer due to high tide. There is a lovely beach just north of us in Aticama. Also 15 minutes south is Limoncito and San Blas is 25 minutes north.
