This is a upstairs Apt, ( 1 QUEEN bed/1 bath. )(SOFA BED IN LIVING ROOM) We are just steps from the beach with beach access on the premises, with a shared patio, outdoor shower, tables, and chairs. Great local restaurants nearby and in walking distance. Enjoy the beautiful sun rise and sunsets on the nice secluded ocean view beach. Guest access ****DUE TO LIMITED PARKING SPACE, WE CAN ONLY ALLOW ONE PARKING SPOT PER APARTMENT.**** If you have more than (1) vehicle, you will need to find alternate parking. We are NOT liable for any parking tickets or towing. It is IMPERATIVE that guests park in their correct parking spots according to their apartment number. Due to limited parking space, We can not allow Large SUV's or extended cab trucks. This includes large camper/utility vans, Uhauls, trailers, boats. We do NOT allow. Other things to note USPS-FEDEX-AMAZON-& MORE: We are NOT responsible for missing/stolen deliveries to our property. If you order something and you do not receive it, you must dispute that with the delivery service. That is out of our control & we will not be involved. WINTER SEASON: PLEASE, if you need an earlier check in, you HAVE to communicate that to us prior to booking. Please do not request an 8-10am check in and then auto book a reservation; because we can not under any circumstances, accommodate that early of a check in. Our guests do not checkout until 10am and then house keeping needs adequate time to clean after guests checkout. We can NOT guarantee an early check in, even if you request it. If house keeping happens to finish sooner, we will let you know as soon as its available. Thank you for understanding. PEAK SEASON: Please do not ask for early check-in or late check-out during peak Spring and Summer season (May through early September) With many properties to clean per day, it is imperative that our house keeping staff have adequate time to clean after each check out. We get asked this question so often, & during peak months we are just unable to accommodate a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out. If for any reason housekeeping has your rental completed earlier, we will communicate that to you & let you know that the property is available for check in sooner, but again please remember that is is NOT guaranteed.
