This accommodation is peaceful: relax with the whole family! Spectacular 25m2 terrace overlooking the ocean, privileged views, you will see the sun rise from the bedroom. A few meters walk from Cala Salions, a private development with restricted access, 10 minutes by car from Tossa de Mar and 20 minutes from Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Restaurant and supermarket in the development from June, tennis and paddle tennis court, playground and a bus to Tossa in high season. The space The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very bright, recently renovated, all exterior rooms, lots of light, two double and one single. A full bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Ideal space for 4 or 5 people. An ideal space to enjoy tranquility and nature. From the large semi-covered terrace you can contemplate the immensity of the sea while having breakfast listening only to the birds and the waves that break on the cliff. Guests who have experienced it want to come back, it's a privilege!! Our apartment located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Cadiretes Massif Natural Park gives us the possibility to enjoy numerous sports activities, both water sports (scuba diving, kayaking, paddle surfing,...) and at the same time enjoy the mountain (trekking, mountain biking, etc...). Guest access Private development with surveillance and equipped with several services: bar-restaurant, supermarket and nursing service from June until the end of September. The development has a tennis and paddle tennis court, sports center and beach volleyball court, mini golf and playground. In high season in the development there is a bus that serves the cove, from the beach to the furthest apartments. There is also a shuttle bus and another to take you to Tossa de Mar at various times during the day. Other things to note A vehicle is essential to get to the development. It is one of the few places on the Costa Brava with free parking right next to the beach. The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax that each town has stipulated and the owner must subsequently pay to the town hall. This must be paid in cash on the last day of your stay in the apartment. The price of the tax is €1.75 per person per day.
