The garage is also available to use, especially if you have bikes or other gear. I work during the week days in town and check my phone regularly. I want to give guests their privacy but also make a point to meet any of their needs so they feel comfortable. I don’t typically make a point to meet guests but I am flexible and can make myself available in person, by phone, text or email, just let me know what you prefer. Spokane is constantly changing and I love recommending restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and mountain biking/hiking trails; give me a shout and I can steer you in the right direction. This is a quiet, middle class neighborhood in a prime location to all things Spokane. Located 2 miles from Gonzaga and 1.2 miles to Downtown/Riverfront Park/Centennial trail and less than a mile from the Coliseum. All are easily accessible by bike from the front door or by car. I am located 3 blocks south of historic Corbin Park and a grocery store is less than a mile away. Sacred Heart Medical Center, St Luke's Rehab Center, Deaconess and Holy Family Hospitals are all less than 3 miles from here. Nothing is far from here and traffic is minimal. I am located in a very central location with easy access by bike or car to downtown grocery stores and local natural areas/parks.
