Bright and cozy cottage in surroundings, totally undisturbed, windless on large natural plot in forest area, 1.6 km to fantastic white sandy beach. Here there is plenty of room for the whole family, coziness, play and relaxation in the bright beautiful surroundings. Read a book by the fireplace, play/have a drink on the terrace and gather the family around games in the evening. There are various activities in the house, including foosball, trampoline, swings, playhouse, ping-pong table. In the high season, only whole weeks are rented. Saturday-Saturday. The space The house is 100 m2, thoroughly modernized and newly renovated in 2021-2022. There are 3 bedrooms with good beds, and a multi-purpose room in addition to a utility room with washer/dryer, smaller toilet, kitchenette and living room. On the entire west side of the house there are panoramic windows and a full view of nature, where deer often pass by. The house is located on a large windless plot with grasslands, bushes and trees. The house is bright and friendly, there is light all the way around and 3 terraces adjacent to the house, so the sun can be caught both morning and evening. The main terrace is on the west side, where you have the whole afternoon, afternoon and evening sun. Guest access There is access to the entire house. Other things to note We want the house rented to families, couples and friends, not to young people, for parties and colors. The area and the house are not suitable for the latter, so we reserve the right to say no to requests within that category. The price is excl. electricity, but incl. water. Currently, the electricity price is DKK 3.5/kWh. There is a heat pump in the house, so typically we are at 10-15 kWh per day in the house, but it depends a lot on how many people are taking a bath, or how much hot cocoa you can drink ;-)
