Beautiful 2 story house with a patio and hot tub. Located in suburban Reykjavík, with under 15min drive to downtown Reykjavík. Walking distance from Hafnarfjordur Marina and charming downtown Hafnarfjordur, as well as lava fields. Very accessible from Keflavík airport, with parking space on premise for 2-3 cars. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with playgrounds close by. The house has a patio and balcony, trampoline in the yard, hot tub and BBQ. Your home away from home in Iceland! The space House is on two floors, with the lower floor containing garage, entrance room, 0.5 bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. On the second floor there is bathroom, 3 bedrooms, washroom and TV room. Wifi in all areas of the house. Kitchen is fully equipped, with anything you might need for cooking. All utensils, oven, stovetop, microwave, airfryer, stand mixer, pizza oven, grill, ice maker etc. All dining ware is included. Fridge and freezer, and basics for cooking such as oils and spices available for use. Dining table has seating for 8 people, and downstairs living room has a sofa and a lounger. Sofa bed that sleeps two is located downstairs. Please note it is in the common living space downstairs, not in a private bedroom. Outdoor patio has a BBQ available for use. It also has a small yard and trampoline, perfect for families. Electric hot tub located on patio. Playground is just outside the yard, and another playground is 2 minutes away. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and TV in the room. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a small double bed and also a dedicated workspace that contains desk and chair, and extra screen display, keypad and mouse to connect to laptop, so great for remote working. Upstairs bathroom has shower and bath. Washroom has a washing machine and hanging area for drying clothes. TV room has a nice cozy couch and flat screen TV with multiple TV stations where the family can gather around to watch TV. Outside the home there is a heated driveway, that fits 2 cars comfortably, and third one can be fitted as well. Extra parking space is also available just across the street. Grocery stores within walking distance, and everything you might need (gas stations, resturants, shops) are very close by. Short walk to beautiful lava fields and spectacular Icelandic nature.
