The living room has a gas fireplace available for use between October 1 and April 1. A sofa, two rockers, organ, and TV with Roku. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout this unit. Full bathroom with walk in/roll in shower along with a standard bathtub. Linens are supplied for both the bedroom and the bath. This unit has a private entrance and is accessed from the long front porch that begins at the parking lot. This unit is handicap accessible. If any issue arises the phone number to owner is on the guest book located in your suite. We are located in downtown Gatlinburg with views of the Smoky Mountains, Space Needle, and Ober Trams. Other private rentals, hotels, and residences can be found near us. Two blocks to the closest Trolley stop. Three blocks to main street where you can find shopping, restaurants, and attractions. You can leave you car parked in private parking lot and walk to town saving you parking fees at community parking lots. Please remember this is our home and not exclusively a rental. We ask that you treat the unit with respect and appreciation. Guest are expected to leave the unit as they found it including dishes washed and trashed bagged. Please place used bath linens in the bathtub. Cleaning tips from the Centers for Control and Prevention (CDC) are implemented. The restricted guest age is because of open railing design is dangerous for children. The "no animals" house rules includes pets and emotional support animals and is due to allergy and medical reasons and is not meant to discriminate in anyway.
