The place boasts a comfortable living area whilst transformed into a modern and sophisticated space, you’ll still find traditional features such as the charming fireplace. The space also includes a smart flat-screen TV where you can make use of the streaming apps by logging in and watching your favourite shows, making it the ideal place to kick back and unwind after a busy day in the area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your self-catering stays with amenities that include an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer so you can prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. There is also a washing machine, iron & ironing board for your convenience. The separate diner is a pleasant space with bench seating to enjoy your meals with your party. The family bathroom is a fresh space with a bath, overhead shower, W.C. & basin. The home away from home has two bedrooms, both beautifully styled with neutral decor. One boasts a roomy super king bed and features a walk-in wardrobe for all your belongings. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds. All beds have plush linen ensuring you have a good night's rest. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We do also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. Nestled in the heart of the market town of Norton, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy the many independent restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
