The house features four bedrooms, including two suites with bathrooms and two guest rooms, ideal for children. One suite occupies the entire top floor and boasts a terrace with breathtaking views. The other suite is located on the ground floor with a small terrace and a sea view. The two additional bedrooms are adjacent, each with two beds that can be joined upon request, depending on the number of guests. On the intermediate level, you'll find the main entrance with a stone fireplace, the kitchen-dining room, and a guest toilet/bathroom for beach returns. The villa is designed with a natural and eco-friendly ventilation system, ensuring a continuous air circulation and preventing it from getting too hot. There are two beautiful 150m² pergola-covered terraces with a stone table for your lunches and dinners.
