This full-property rental includes the Main Chalet, TreeHaus Cabin, and PentHaus Suite, and private access to the custom dry sauna, fire pit area, covered outdoor kitchen, and saltwater hot tub. A magical setting for retreats, family stays, and meaningful celebrations—among the evergreens, this is where stays become stories. The space As you wind down the lane, you’ll sense that you’re arriving somewhere truly magical. Passing a field on one side and forest on the other, the Bavarian-style chalet of Olympic Holiday Haus enchantingly appears as you make your way through towering cedars. Stepping through the brick archway, guests are welcomed into a courtyard where lavender greets you at the entrance. Inside, the home reveals its whimsical architecture—vaulted ceilings, timber framing, skylights, balconies, and intricate brickwork that give the house its one-of-a-kind character. This full estate rental includes the Main Chalet, TreeHaus Cabin, and PentHaus Suite. In total, there are four official bedrooms at the property, two additional private sleeping areas in the theme rooms, and two additional common space sleeping areas. We also have two queen bedding kits with air mattresses and linens available. During your stay, you will have private access to the custom dry sauna, fire pit gathering space, covered outdoor kitchen and bar, saltwater hot tub beneath the cedars, and the surrounding backyard lawn. From the gourmet kitchen and expansive gathering areas to the cozy themed rooms and outdoor spaces, Olympic Holiday Haus offers a truly unique setting designed for connection, celebration, and unforgettable moments. Guest access When you reserve the Entire Country Estate at Olympic Holiday Haus, your group will enjoy private access to the full property. This includes the Main Chalet, TreeHaus Cabin, and PentHaus Suite, along with the custom dry sauna, fire pit gathering space, covered outdoor kitchen and bar, saltwater hot tub beneath the cedars, and the surrounding backyard. The shop and construction area near the entrance of the property are not accessible to guests. Other things to note To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to keep the following in mind while staying at Olympic Holiday Haus. Bedrooms and Sleeping Areas • There are four official bedrooms at the property, with two additional private sleeping areas, and two additional common space sleeping areas. We also have two queen air mattresses available. Guest Registration • All adult guests staying at the property must be included on your reservation, regardless of the length of their visit. This helps us maintain safety and ensure the property is prepared for your group. Pets • Pets are welcome but must be included in your reservation. Any pets not listed in the booking will be subject to additional charges. Pets are to be on leash at all times.
 Smoking • Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, we kindly ask that guests dispose of materials responsibly and help keep the property clean and safe. Respect for the Property • When staying at Olympic Holiday Haus, guests agree to treat the home and surrounding property with care, notify us promptly if any issues arise, and follow the check-out instructions provided before departure. Gatherings & Celebrations • Olympic Holiday Haus is designed for meaningful celebrations and shared experiences. Intimate gatherings and celebrations are welcome with prior approval and a paid event fee. Large or unruly parties are not permitted. • The property can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests and up to 50 guests for a one-day event. Event fees depend on the number of attendees and length of the gathering. • To make hosting easier, we offer a rental item package for up to 30 people. Details and pricing are available upon request. • Price estimates for event fee and rental items will be honored for events hosted within three months. Prices are subject to increase. Additional Notes About the Property • The area is home to local wildlife including bears, coyotes, hawks, and eagles, as well as neighboring dogs. Please be mindful and respectful of both wildlife and neighbors. • The detached shop/construction area and the attached garage are not available for guest use. • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is available for purchase. • Quick-light logs are available for purchase for the indoor wood stove. For safety, only quick-light logs may be used in the wood stove.
