The space Our house is a detached villa of 210m2, built on 487m2 that offers comfort both inside and outside. Here you can take a dip in the pool and lie down to get a tan, read a book, then take an outdoor shower and put on the grill for a delicious barbecue! We enter the house: an open space with the living room and the well-equipped kitchen in a minimal and cozy style and a bathroom/laundry room. We go up the stairs there are 3 rooms that share a bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, plus 1 room with an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace overlooking the sea. They all have a comfortable closet to unpack and start your adventure. We go up one more floor and reach the roof terrace where you will dominate the neighborhood to the sea as if you were flying. Guest access The house is entirely at your disposal. Other things to note The nearest beach is Arenal d'en Castell, just a 5-minute drive away. Its water is turquoise and clear, and part of the beach is equipped. The beautiful Son Saura with its deep beach in Son Parc where there is also the united 18-hole island golf course. If you only travel by car for 15 minutes you will arrive at the northern beaches with their storybook colors and pristine nature... pure magic! In just 20/25 minutes you will reach many of the southern beaches... so you can see: in this area of the island the connections to go around is the most ideal to explore Menorca.
