Welcome to Casa Bella Vista! This stylish and comfortable mother-in-law unit features brand new construction, a private yard, and a peaceful setting while also being centrally located. While Mckinleyville has much to offer as well, the house is just minutes away from Trinidad, Arcata, and Eureka and the many beaches, redwoods, hikes, and restaurants they have to offer. Don't miss the nearby Hammond Coast Trail and the Six Rivers Brewery, just a 2-minute walk away! 1 bedroom with Cal King bed, closet, and attached bathroom. The living area is open and includes a full kitchen, desk/work space, dining table, chairs for lounging and pull out king sofa bed. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a 2nd closet in the bedroom which is for extended family members who stay at Casa Bella Vista frequently. We are always available to respond within 2 hours and may respond sooner whenever possible. We are at the western tip of the Bella Vista neighborhood, simultaneously very close to town/freeway but also with a nice private/peaceful feeling. Parking for 1 vehicle in driveway shared with hosts, additional vehicle parking available with prior request. Casa Bella Vista is conveniently located just minutes from the 101 but is also in a quiet neighborhood. Consider taking a walk up Bella Vista Road! Located within a 5-minute drive: CVS, gas stations, grocery stores (Grocery Outlet, Safeway, Eureka Natural Foods), and Mad River Hospital. Restaurants nearby: Six Rivers Brewery (a 2-minute walk), Sushi Spot (less than 5-minute drive), and the Sweet Spot (ice cream, milkshakes etc., also a 5-minute drive or less). Visiting other towns on the Humboldt Coast: - Arcata: 7-minute drive - Trinidad: 14-minute drive - Eureka: 16-minute drive Please note that this is a mother-in-law unit next to our family home and we do have children and a dog who sometimes make normal kid and dog noises, though we like to think they're on the quieter side. There is a shard driveway/parking area and Casa Bella Vista has its own private yard.
