The space Villa Vocetta is an ideal choice not only for couples, but also for families with children. It offers a total capacity of 4 beds and a quality 1.5 bed in the living room. Outdoor covered and uncovered terraces, including a rooftop solarium with panoramic views, offer the possibility of having dinner or lunch in absolute peace, under the light of the stars and the sound of cicadas. Or sunbathe with a view of the sea or an endless open landscape. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea with a cup of coffee, and in the evening, the red sunset behind the vast olive trees. You can use the villa all year round. In the winter months, you will appreciate sitting by the fireplace, which will give your stay an amazing atmosphere. In the living area of 70 m2, in a modern and stylishly furnished interior, there is a white kitchenette with a lot of quality electrical appliances. When preparing your favorite meals and drinks, you will use a combined electric oven with hot air and microwaves, induction hob, kettle, combined refrigerator, toaster, pancake maker, hand blender and coffee maker. Of course, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer. The space is complemented by an elegant dining seating, a comfortable sofa with a TV corner, and seating by the fireplace with beautiful views. The sleeping area of the villa consists of a 2-bedroom with a double bed of a superior size of 180x200cm. The other room offers two separate beds, each measuring 90x200cm. By combining them, you can easily create another double bed. Another comfortable 1.5 bed 140x200cm will be created in the living room by unfolding the sofa (suitable for one adult and a smaller child or two children). There are also handy tables, bedside lamps, wardrobes and storage spaces. We have a travel cot and a bathtub for our youngest guest. The bathroom provides plenty of space for your perfect refreshment. It is equipped with a spacious shower, sink and toilet with a bidet shower. In the winter wet climate, you will appreciate the possibility of electric heating and the possibility of drying towels in the bathroom. You'll feel more comfortable with soft towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning combined with heating. And that's one separate unit for each room.
