It offers a total capacity of 4 beds and a quality 1.5 bed in the living room. Outdoor covered and unguided terraces, including a rooftop solarium with panoramic views, offer the opportunity to dine or dine in absolute peace, at the light of stars and the sound of cicadas. Or sunbathe with sea views or endless open landscapes. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea with a cup of coffee, in the early evening a red sunset behind the sprawling olive trees. You can use the villa throughout the year. In the winter months, you'll appreciate sitting by the fireplace, which will give your stay an amazing atmosphere. On a living area of 70 m2, in a modern and stylishly furnished interior, there is a white kitchenette with lots of quality electrical appliances. When preparing your favorite dishes and drinks, you'll use a combined electric oven with hot air and microwaves, an induction cooktop, an electric kettle, a combination refrigerator, a toaster, a pancake maker, a hand blender, and a coffee maker. Of course there is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The space is complemented by an elegant dining area, a comfortable couch with a TV corner, and a seating area by the fireplace with stunning views. The bedside part of the villa consists of a 2-bed bedroom with a double bed with an above-standard size of 180x200cm. Another room offers two single beds each measuring 90x200cm. By connecting them, they can easily create an extra double bed. Another comfortable 1.5 bed 140x200cm is created in the living area after the sofa bed (suitable for one adult and a smaller child or two children). There are also hand tables, bedside lamps, wardrobes, and storage spaces. We have a travel crib and a bathtub for our smallest guest. The bathroom provides plenty of space for your perfect refreshment. It comes with a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet with a bidet shower. In a winter's humid climate, you'll appreciate the possibility of electric heating and the possibility of drying towels in the bathroom. The feeling of extra comfort will be provided by soft towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning combined with heating. One separate unit per room.
