The space The recently renovated accommodation is located on the third floor (no elevator) in a building set in the heart of the city between the historic market of Ballarò and the pedestrian street Maqueda where there are many restaurants, bars and typical shops where you can do some shopping and enjoy all the culinary specialties of the area. The apartment is designed to offer the best to our guests and that is why we offer multiple services to make your vacation a moment of true relaxation. The 70-square-meter apartment consists of two large bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with a 100x70 shower, and a kitchen/living room equipped with everything you need (microwave, coffee machine, citrus juicer, etc.). The sofa turns into a comfortable bed for one person. The house has two relaxation areas: the balcony in the room and an outdoor terrace accessible from the kitchen where you can have breakfast with our fresh Sicilian oranges that you will find at the Ballarò market. For your safety, the building is under video surveillance OUTSIDE 24 hours a day and the entrance door is armored. It is in an extraordinary position because it is located in one of the main streets of the historic center, in five minutes on foot you can reach the central station, which is convenient for traveling to airports and renowned tourist towns such as Cefalù, Agrigento, Monreale, etc. In addition, the folkloric historical market of Ballarò is very close to the apartment, where you can find fresh local products and breathe an air that will take you back in time, admiring and listening to the friendly sellers who shout to attract their customers. All the major monuments and tourist attractions are within a radius of 1 km, so they can be visited by taking a pleasant walk through the historic streets of the center.
