The villa is in close proximity to famous beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Mari, Playa Lagun and Karakter. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, our villa offers plenty of space and comfort for the whole family. Of course, this should not include your own private pool with outdoor shower! When you walk into the villa you will discover the living room which is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV. So you do not have to miss your favorite series! The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has modern appliances; an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a spacious American fridge. Ideally suited to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or try one of the Antillean recipes from the recipe book of "The Super Dushi Chef". Adjacent to the kitchen is the large covered terrace where you can sit out of the sun at the dining table for 8. All space to enjoy with family and friends the luxurious outdoor life that beautiful Curaçao has to offer! In addition, our villa offers a private pool, perfect for cooling off. Take a seat and enjoy the kids having fun free of charge in the pool, which offers another beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Or relax on one of the three sunbeds or the comfortable lounge area while admiring the sunset. When you walk back into the house you will find the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large closet. The master bedroom also gives direct access to the terrace and offers breathtaking views. The other 2 bedrooms are also comfortable and have sturdy storage and closets. All 3 bedrooms have luxury box springs with hotel bed linens for extra sleeping comfort and equipped with air conditioning. Prefer the Caribbean sea air? However, we would like to emphasize that children should never be left alone by the pool. It is of utmost importance that children are supervised by an adult at all times. Your children's safety is our priority, but we would like to remind you that we are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur at the pool. Please ensure that a responsible adult is always present to supervise. Together we can ensure that your stay at our villa is safe and enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Guest access During your stay, you have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note Note: On Villapark Fontein and in the vicinity of the villa there are construction activities taking place. It is therefore still a new housing estate. For this reason we offer a temporary 20% discount on the nightly rate of € 170. This discount is valid until 31-12-2024. The deposit is €500. This must be paid upon arrival to the manager. You must settle the tourist tax*, consumption costs of water and electricity with the manager afterwards. Consumption costs: - water € 10,- per m3 - electricity € 0.65 per kWh * Tourist tax 7% of the basic rent. NOTE: Villa Rovah has a BBQ that must be left clean upon departure. If this is not the case, there will be an additional charge of €37.50. Of course all bed linen, beach towels, towels and kitchen towels are provided. The little ones have also been thought of. For them there is a crib, changing table (including changing pad), baby monitor, children's cutlery/crockery and high chair available.
