There is a dog door and a fenced backyard making it easier if you have a pet with you. 😊 Guests can access all areas of the house and use the backyard area to unwind and relax in a recliner Just hearing the birds talk, or see a deer 🦌 in the backyard near the river… or play a game of horse shoes. The river is part of our backyard and you can exit out the fenced backyard and walk to the river , just 50 steps away from the back yard gate. I live at our ranch across town which is 15 minutes away so I will always be available if you need me for anything, just call my cell phone and I’ll be there in 15-20 minutes. Our getaway is within walking distance to the airport. Hospital is less than 3 miles away. Plenty of parking on the 7 acres around all sides of the house.
