Bedroom 2: King Bed (1st Floor), two nightstands, two lamps, closet: hangers, small dresser, AC (window)/central heat Bedroom 3: Two double bed, nightstand, luggage stand, table, two lamps (2nd Floor), AC (window)/portable heater, central heat. Full bathroom (1st Floor), toilet, vanity, standing shower, hairdryer under the cabinet, bin, toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, conditioner. Office: Dedicated area for remote office (Hallway) Living Room: One new sofa including pillows and throws offers you warm and cozy feelings. TV with Roku, window AC Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen including breakfast table, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, trash bin, paper towel, knife set, plates, glasses, mugs, disposable plate and utensils. We provided basic utensils and regular spices. K cup coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, kettle. Sunroom: Backyard view fully covered with screen, seating arrangement and foosball. Indoor Entertainment: Free Wi-Fi, Flat TV, movie DVDs, DVD players, all kind of games, window ACs, heating systems. Outdoor Entertainment: Private dockyard (Opposite of the road, private stairs), fenced backyard, fire pit, chairs, hammock Washer and dryer: Stackable Washer and dryer situated in the kitchen area. Summer Entertainment: Fishing, Grill (Charcoal), fire pit, Hammock, Corn Hole Grill: Guest, please make sure to clean the grill before checking out and kept at dedicated area. Free Parking: 6 cars **Please do not use the house outlet for charging your vehicle and if someone does there will be an extra fee”. ** Private dockyard: Dock is opposite of the road; you will need to cross the state highway route 9 N road and cross the guardrail. There are stairs to go down to the private dockyard. The dockyard has seating arrangements. During off season (November-May) we close the dock. Please monitor kids and non-swimmers with your own responsibility (if accompanying with you). Directions: The cottage is situated on State Highway, easy commute to nearby beautiful attractions and restaurants. Guest can bring their own kayak, jet ski, and boat to dock and, but it will completely guest responsibility to park them safely in the private dock yard. Swimmer can swim in the river with own responsibility, and it is recommended to swim left side of the river flow due to dam. Guest access Guests will have entire house access including wifi, furniture and all amenities. lock PIN number will be created an hour before checking in. Access to neighbors property and docks prohibited. Other things to note The private dock is across the state highway road, the guest needs to cross the guardrail following the cottage drive way m, use the ladder and go down to the dock. Please avoid going to neighboring private property and docks. We usually try to respond within one hour during day time. We will unable to respond after 12-10am unless if it emergency. Monthly/Midterm Rental : November- April (6months) :$2500 monthly, maximum 4 person, fully furnished with free internet, lawn care and snow removal. Guest needs to sign a lease agreement after reservation. The lease agreement will state the total duration and rules/regulation of the house. Security deposit $1500 security deposit(refundable) needs to be paid during. Dock Rental available: $100 per booking from June-October.
