Welcome to my very comfortable apartment located in the heart of the Vauban district and at the foot of Notre-Dame de la Garde, which can accommodate two people. Bathed in light and quiet, it includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Two beautiful terraces are waiting for you to lounge on your return from your day at the beach, your shopping spree, or your day of work. The space This bright 42m2 apartment has been recently renovated to give you all the comforts you need. Located in the heart of Vauban, it gives you easy access to the Old Port and the heart of Marseille while offering you a haven of peace to rest. Space description: Bedroom: The spacious room is equipped with a double bed with top quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. You will also find a wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps for your convenience. Living room: The bright living room has a comfortable sofa. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, oven, hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and cooking utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs is also available. Bathroom: The modern bathroom includes shower, sink with mirror, toilet and hair dryer. Towels are provided. Double terrace The large and bright living room gives access to a double terrace on 2 levels. The first terrace is ideal for an evening aperitif for the second, it is perfect for all meals to have all the meals. They are sunny from 4-7 pm, in the summer. The following amenities are at your disposal: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, fridge, Wi-Fi, bedding and linens, towels. For your convenience, a professional cleaning is done before and after each stay Location The apartment is in a great location: A 15-minute walk to the Old Port, one of Marseille's most iconic sites. Nearby a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops. 15 minute walk to Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica. Easily accessible by public transport with bus stops and Castellane station within walking distance Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, which is fully privatized for you. Here's what you can enjoy: Full apartment: The entire apartment, including the bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom, is at your disposal. You will be the only occupants during your stay. Equipped kitchen: You have access to the fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Living room: A comfortable living space with a sofa and high-speed wifi. Bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed, quality linens, and storage spaces. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels Terrace: a double terrace on 2 levels where you can relax. One with a large dining table and the other serving as an aperitif / relaxation area with rugs, cushions and small table available. Washer: A washing machine is available for your extended stays. Pets: No pets are allowed. - No parties: Parties and events are not permitted to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. - In the case of losing the keys the price of the copy of the keys, opening the door by a locksmith (if necessary) and an additional €30 will be charged to you. - Any broken objects must be replaced.
