This sun lovers cove is duplex that is split in two units. Both upper and Lower unit gives you a view to the lake and a sunrise to kick start your day. During full moon you can get spectacular views of night sky and luminescence views of the lake is amazing. Large Patio with Sauna, 2 spacious bedrooms with a living room and full bath. Entire lower level and front yard. When the owners are on site, we usually keep to our selves as we enjoy our privacy too. The beach, dock and deck are shared with the upper unit. This part of the house is used at own risk. There are large bolder and rocks that makes the ground uneven and hard to walk on. The beach has no sand and pebble stones . The fire pit can only be used until 11PM when there is no fire ban.
