This room is very bright and has a large and comfortable space for you to enjoy and rest during your stay at home. The bed is a single bed, available for one person. The window faces the southwest of the city. It has a large closet to store all your belongings. The space Room located in a residential apartment complex near the center of Mendoza, 1.4 km from Independence Square, 950 meters from the Central Market, and half a block from Central Park. In the vicinity of the house there are multiple shops such as ice cream parlors, cafes, mini-markets, paddle courts, a tennis club, gyms and large supermarkets. The area is quiet, and is 5 blocks from the main central streets of Mendoza, so you can walk and/or take the bus. Also 100 meters away is the Metrotranvía stop that runs along four important departments of the province; Maipú, Godoy Cruz, Ciudad and Las Heras. The apartment is spacious and has multiple spaces, such as a kitchen, dining room, and balcony overlooking the central park and the city of Mendoza. Guest access You can access all areas of the apartment. The bathroom is shared, although if you wish you can check for availability of the private room with bathroom*. During your stay I will always be available to respond to any eventuality, since my work schedules are flexible, in any case I suggest contacting us in advance to organize my tasks. There is also the possibility that if you wish, you can interact with another guest who is staying at the house. Other things to note The main host of the house is my kitten, his name is Barco, you will see him in all areas of the house, I hope you get along very well :)
