(1 tenant must be at least 40 years of age. No children under 18). The contracted person must be Age 40+ to have access to the community facilities for a $25 fee, per guest, ONLY for stays of over 29 days. The local pool and spa will be offered and available for all guests. Other things to note HOA rule allows guests with stays of 30 days to have full registered access to community amenities at $25 per guest per stay. Guests must contact the host to arrange facility access. All guests will still have access to nearby pool and spa. Guests are asked not to communicate with the HOA directly until the host supplies the necessary documentation. Westbrook Community rules regulate this access and if the primary person is not 55+, the association may not approve facility access.
