Ideal for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or work-from-home stay, Grove House is your cozy home base for exploring everything Southampton has to offer. The space This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment includes essential amenities for a comfortable stay: a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, and a Nespresso coffee maker. You’ll also have access to high-speed fiber internet, Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. Grove House accommodates up to 10 people. The Bedrooms: Bed Configurations – Please provide advance notice for your preferred setup. Bedroom 1: 4 Singles (or 2 King beds, or 1 King + 2 Singles on request) Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bedroom 3: 1 Double Living Room: 2 sofa beds (linen provided on request) Single beds can be linked to form king-size beds on request. All beds use standard cotton bedding. Parking: The NCP car park is in the building next door. Height restrictions apply, so for larger vehicles, an outside car park on the same site has no height restrictions. For cheaper alternatives, you may also use JustPark, where local homeowners rent their car spaces. Important: Private parking spaces directly in front of the apartment are not part of the property. We advise guests not to use these spaces, as fines may apply. Guest access Guests have their own private access to the apartment. The door on the ground floor leads to a staircase. At the top of the stairs, you are on the first floor you will reach the front door of the flat. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver. Additional guests over 3 are charged at a rate of £10 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
