The space The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The living room and kitchen are combined. In the living room, a third person sleeps on the couch. The sofa is not a sofa bed. Other things to note The apartment has an air heat pump that can only be used to cool the room air in summer. In winter, the apartment is heated by central heating.
