House in the heart of Provence

This house is located in the village of Coudoux, a prime location in the heart of the hill close to many attractions. You can also enjoy the place and relax thanks to the secure swimming pool, petanque court, BBQ. Children can have fun with a basketball hoop, soccer cages, a 3.6 m diameter trampoline. A pool table is also available. The rooms are air-conditioned and it is possible to park several vehicles in the garden. The space the house is isolated in the pine forest but all amenities are quickly accessible. it is a house with large living spaces, a lounge-dining area with a high ceiling. the table can also be transformed into a pool table. the kitchen is large and functional. Large countertops allow you to cook comfortably. the 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is possible to add a double sofa bed in one of the children's bedrooms. the house is also equipped with 2 bathrooms. The pool area is equipped with a straw bar hut, games and buoys for children are available. Deckchairs and garden furniture also allow you to fully enjoy this place. There is no overlook on the pool area and it is completely private. Note that the pool is not in service all year round, it is functional from the Easter holidays (April) for the less chilly until October. the petanque court is just above, perfectly located to enjoy between 2 swims. for meal times, a terrace is located on the kitchen side. A BBQ is available. a trampoline, small soccer cages and a basketball hoop will also delight children. We also have 2 cats that will need to be fed during your stay, they are autonomous and live outside in the summer in general. They will have an automatic kibble dispenser as well as a water fountain. Just make sure they don't run out. They will definitely ask you for some hugs 😀 Guest access Only the cellar will remain closed. The rest of the property is accessible and exclusively reserved for guests (swimming pool, trampoline, petanque court) Other things to note This is my main home that I rent out during my vacation. If needed, I am always available and someone can always come to the place if necessary.
