It is a small independent house completely restructured, structured on four levels (approximately 25sqm per floor for a total of about 95sqm). Warm and inviting, the living area on the ground floor hosts the living room with dining table and tv sat. The kitchenette has a breakfast counter, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer. An internal staircase leads to the first floor. It includes a queen size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with extra single bed. This room has a sunny balcony south exposed. The ceiling follows the roof line, with a maximum height of 180cm that lowers up to 50cm at the ends. Here, a sleeping area has been created, with two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. From the ground floor you can descend downstairs.
