All utilities and internet included. Located just off I-15, near the FrontRunner train station, our condo provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the local hospitals. It serves as the perfect base for exploring nearby canyons, ski resorts, and universities. Minimum stay of 30 nights. The space The living room has 5 oversized electric motorized leather recliners, perfect for movie night with the 72" TV and surround sound home theater. The dining area has seating for 6 at the dining table. Place settings for 8 are also included. This dining room also makes an excellent co-working space and you are welcome to set up your laptop here as a workstation and work with the other digital nomads sharing the condo. The full kitchen has been stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The queen bed room has a queen sleigh bed. The hallway bathroom has a tub shower with handheld shower head, toilet with bidet, and a linen closet with extra linens. Guest access You will have access to the Queen Room in this shared condo. You may be sharing the hallway bathroom with the occupant of another room, if there is another guest during your stay. The living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared with the other guests. The pool is shared with the Rockwell Ranch community (open in the warmer months), but the club house may be reserved for private events. You will also have access to other community amenities such as the picnic pavilion, tot lots, and the pickleball court. The condo is on the second floor. It's a short walk to the lake shore. Other things to note This condo is not available for short-term bookings less than 30 nights. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your extended stay in the area. You can begin your reservation on any day of the month and end it at any time after a minimum of 30 nights. You can reserve it for up to 6 months, and can extend your reservation at any time.
