This is an old building in a mini residence named "Il Portico" reconverted in 2024 to make it comfortable for our guests. Il Portico features: - Large infinity heated swimming pool - Shared patio with tables, chairs, and BBQs - Vineyard and wine cellar - Private parking area with cameras - Seasonal fruits around the property - Anti mosquito system around the whole property The property will be furnished with: - Coffee machines and coffee pods - Small brick of milk - Water - Wine and olive oil produced on-site - All other essentials Guest access Parking space is just in front of the property while guests can access from the main gate.
