Pra di Brec is our dream come true. The renovation of our grandparents' house, with which we want to offer you a stay in the name of simplicity and hospitality, the one we grew up with, which made us understand and appreciate the value of family. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure and recovering local materials, combining them with a contemporary thought of aesthetics and comfort. The space The house is at the foot of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Located in a panoramic position, it is raised above the town center which is about 1.5 km away. The town center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. At your disposal you will have a private car park where you can park your car for free. The "Zio Giuseppino" apartment (about 85m2 with terrace) has a fully equipped kitchen, table, fridge and freezer, induction hob and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, linen, bathroom kit. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area where there is a sitting room, a private terrace and on the mezzanine there is a round bed and a bathtub. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of our splendid mountains and be pampered by the fire of the bioethanol brazier. Sheets and blankets are provided. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi and TV. Dogs are welcome (visit the Gran Paradiso National Park website to find out about the limitations on the introduction of dogs into the Park territory). We will be at your complete disposal for advice and information to make the most of your stay surrounded by nature.
