"Zio Giuseppino" Pra di Brëc Vacation Home

Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort. The space The house is at the foot of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Located in a panoramic position, it is raised above the town center which is about 1.5 km away. The town center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. At your disposal you will have a private car park where you can park your car for free. The "Zio Giuseppino" apartment (about 85m2 with terrace) has a fully equipped kitchen, table, fridge and freezer, induction hob and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, linen, bathroom kit. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area where there is a sitting room, a private terrace and on the mezzanine there is a round bed and a bathtub. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of our splendid mountains and be pampered by the fire of the bioethanol brazier. Sheets and blankets are provided. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi and TV. Dogs are welcome (visit the Gran Paradiso National Park website to find out about the limitations on the introduction of dogs into the Park territory). We will be at your complete disposal for advice and information to make the most of your stay surrounded by nature.
