Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty right on the South West Coastal path, with its rugged, spectacular views in all directions only a short walk down the hill is the award winning beach and Atlantic surf of the stunning Woolacombe Bay The space We fell in love with the pretty hillside village of Mortehoe a few years ago after spending the most enjoyable few days exploring the local area. It is a great place to get away from the bustling crowds, a little coastal oasis. We think it has everything you need for the makings of a perfect holiday and hope you will love it too. We have tried to create a home from home experience but with the ocean on your doorstep. There is a spacious, contemporary, well equipped, social kitchen/dining area with seating for 6 people. The lounge area has two large restful sofas and a cosy armchair, perfect to unwind with a good book after a day at the beach. There is a crackling wood burner (logs provided), perfect for the Winter months when there is nothing nicer than coming back from a long bracing coastal walk and snuggling down in front of the fire with a mug of steamy hot chocolate. The new full length glass doors allow plenty of natural daylight to flow in and open out onto the new decked patio area and sunny, self-contained rear lawned garden. The outside space is perfect for alfresco dining on balmy summer evenings watching the sheep grazing in the field at the rear of the property and taking in the beautiful sun sets over Morte Point, with a cold beer or G&T in hand – what is not to love! …. There are three attractive, spacious bedrooms on the first floor along with a family bathroom. Two are double rooms with king-size beds and the master has an en-suite, the third is a twin bedded room and all are beautifully decorated with the coast and sea shore in mind. There are 2 private free parking spaces directly in front of the property - vitally important in a village location during the summer months! We are pleased to offer short breaks with a 3 nights minimum stay. During peak season our minimum stay is 7 nights. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire House and Garden
