The space • The main house offers 3 bedrooms (double or twin rooms as desired) each with its own bathroom, a spacious living room with dining area, a fireplace and a separate kitchen. The spacious covered terrace with a fantastic view of the sea is directly accessible from the living room and kitchen. - This oasis of well-being is equipped with a comfortable dining area and a cozy lounge corner. • The guest house offers 2 bedrooms (double or twin rooms), a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. • The garden studio can be used as staff accommodation (nanny/housekeeper) or as a laundry room as required. The studio consists of a double room with bathroom and a kitchen. Guest access The villa is a 10-minute drive from the center of Porto Heli. Porto Heli can be reached in 2.5 hours by car from Athens Eletherios Venizelos International Airport or by the Flying Dolphin ferry from the port of Piraeus. Other things to note All interiors are air-conditioned. The water is not drinkable. A water package is available upon arrival for your convenience. Due to the layout of the house (stairs) and the swimming pool, children must be supervised. During your stay, you can always contact our villa host for information or emergencies. He/she will be happy to welcome you to the villa upon your arrival. The villa is built from stone, marble and wood and is covered with tiled roof. The architecture is of the traditional farm houses of the area. A marble staircase leads from the terrace to the pool area (salt water pool 100 sqm), which is equipped with parasols and loungers. The two pergolas, one for the barbecue area and one for the pool area are comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs and tables. Finally, a stone stairway leads to the beach area which offers ideal relaxation with a pergola, comfortable sun loungers and parasols. It is never crowded as the access is restricted and protected from the private marina and surrounding villas.
