Country home on 2.5 acres, just minutes for Highway 58. Come to Sandy Ranch to relax with the whole family and your animals. The property includes a 3 stall barn for horses as well as an arena and a pasture. 6 min from the Sand Canyon Venue, 17 min from downtown Tehachapi, and one exit up from the Pacific Crest Trailhead. Come to Sandy Ranch for peace and quiet, enjoy the stars at night, and enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio by the fire pit listening to the birds chirp. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms has a bunkbed and a twin bed, perfect for the kids. The second room has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The living room has a pellet stove for cozy winter days and a comfy sectional couch. There is a TV with access to all steaming services. So you can relax on the couch and watch a movie or play a game at the kitchen table while playing something on the TV. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to cook for a group, pots & pans, utensils, bake wear, toaster, seasonings and so much more. There is a coffee bar equipped with coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea. The kitchen table is large enough for 8 people. The back patio has plenty of space to enjoy the quiet. it is equipped with a barbecue, a gas fire pit, a heater, a table and chairs for 6, as well as 2 benches. We have the best WiFi available for the area. Please note that our location is fairly remote and this WiFi is slower than what is available in most towns and cities. Cell service is best for Verizon, most other carriers get very spotty reception. Entrance is located on a dirt road about 3/4 mile from the paved road. We are pet friendly but do require a $50 fee per pet, per stay and pets must be disclosed in request to book message. Please bring a dog bed or blanket. As we are a property where people come for peace and quiet, we ask that you do not bring dogs that will bark. We also allow horses, we ask that you completely clean out stall(s) prior to leaving. By renting this house you are agreeing to, recognizing and fully understanding the house rules, including, but not limited to: -We have a strict no smoking indoors policy. Violation of this will result in a $500 penalty. Please do not smoke anything indoors. -We have strict check-in and Check-out times. Any exceptions require written permission. We have a 15 minute grace period at our noon checkout. Beyond that we reserve the right to charge up to $100 per hour. -You have full access to the house and the property. You do not have access to the shack that is to the side of the house, the tuff shed behind the house, or the car ports. -Failure to clean up after you pets will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
