The space The main house sits on 3000 sq meters of private and enclosed land and offers 380 M2 of living space on three levels: Ground floor: an elegant hallway featuring the original stone staircase leads to the formal reception/dining room (seats up to 16), which leads to a large family sitting room with a fitted kitchen, which opens onto a covered terrace. There are also two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, three bedrooms , two bathrooms with gallery rooms with the library and study. On the top floor, another bedroom plus a large loft style suite with bathroom of 74m2. Note: The property has AC in five areas.
