The space Kitchen equipped with; - Dishwasher, oven, etc., Tasimo Finesse pod machine, side-by-side refrigerator, electric coffee maker; opens onto -Dining room and living room with large 4K TV ( canal+ beinsport Rmc etc ) TNT, Netflix, Amazon Prime Disney + Water features side: -A large bathroom PMR access with shower and double vanity + washing machine -The suspended toilet and also in PMR access there is a second shower in the toilet. Upstairs is waiting for you - 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds - 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bed that can be converted from a single to a double. (pull-out bed) - the net hanging above the pool, for children's rest and/or fun. -The 8m/4m pool awaits you in its part of the accommodation where you can relax on the sunbeds , do your sporting activity in your moments in the water. (pool games are to be expected ) The pool is exclusively for you. - very large terrace in front to enjoy the sun , possibility of cycling/rollerblading and scooter or other outdoor games. - cozy terrace on the green side without any vis-à-vis , with table and outdoor lounge - Outdoor charcoal barbecue. - trampoline 4m in the field.( no net ) The plot is screened on 3 sides and a dense hedge for the 4th side of the land. There is an entrance and courtyard with gate. Possibilities to have bed linen and towel for €50 whatever your stay. Your four-legged companions are allowed, be sure to notify in your reservation request. A deposit of €500 will be required , in check or cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure. You don't need to ask to adjust these parameters yourself ( ph, chlorine , alkaline, and temperature) # For this winter; I do my best to keep the pool water as close as possible to the 26 degrees, but it will depend on the ability of the heat pump to keep the water at this temperature and the outside temperature. ( the PaC being of course outside ) # For heat waves... unfortunately, it's as hot as everywhere else... - small paragraph for people who rarely come to the countryside: There may be more insects than in town ( fly , mosquito , sometimes tractor noises and once or twice a year, smells of manure ( which are no more harmful than that of pollution) Thank you for your understanding. If the GPS brings you to the church, it's not right, you have to go up the main street of the village (the church will be on your right) and go 400 m. I am the last house in the village. Right next to the village exit sign. Pool: - It is very important to close the bedroom and living room doors when you uncover the pool. For humidity!
