The space Equipped kitchen with; - dishwasher, oven etc., Dolce Gusto coffee machine, American refrigerator, electric coffee machine; open to - dining room and living room with large 4K TV (Canal+, beIN Sports, RMC, etc.) TNT, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Regarding the bathrooms: - A large bathroom with PMR access with shower and double sink + washing machine - The toilet is suspended and also has PMR access, there is a second shower in the toilet. Upstairs you will find - 2 bedrooms with king size bed - 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bed that can go from 1 to 2 places. - the net suspended above the pool, for rest and/or fun for children. - The 8 m/4 m pool awaits you in its part of the accommodation where you can relax on the deckchairs, do your sports activity in your moments in the water. (Pool games are to be expected) The pool is exclusively reserved for you. - very large terrace in front to enjoy the sun, possibility to ride a bike/rollerblades and scooter or other outdoor games. - Comfortable terrace on the greenery side without any opposite, with table and outdoor lounge - Outdoor gas barbecue with large cooking capacity, storage, hot plate, grill and plancha. - 4 m trampoline in the grounds (without net) The plot is screened on 3 sides and a dense hedge for the 4th side of the land. There is an entrance and courtyard with gate. Possibility of having bed linen and towels for €50 regardless of your stay. Your four-legged companions are allowed, remember to notify them in your booking request. A security deposit of €500 will be required, by check or cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure. There is no need to ask to adjust these parameters yourself (pH, chlorine, alkalinity and temperature) # For this winter; I do my best to keep the pool water as close as possible to 26 degrees, but this will depend on the ability of the heat pump to keep the water at this temperature and the outside temperature.
