The accommodation is located in the central area: in front of Pescara Central Station and only 20m from the pedestrian shopping and nightlife areas, which makes it the ideal starting point for fully experiencing and exploring the city. The first beach is only 500 meters away. The space The apartment of 60 mq is located on the fourth and last floor of a period building with a lift(NOT suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle and microwave - Living room with dining table, sofa bed, smart TV and split A/C - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with single bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - Panoramic terrace of 15 mq equipped with table and chairs, awnings and garden umbrella.
