Large Paddington Terrace Residence

Located on Paddington Terrace, this home is secure and ideal for large groups. This large, traditional 4 bedroom house has great spaces, full kitchen, dining, TV & living rooms. WiFi is included. Both are below The space The home is located in the suburbs of the Kingston corporate area. You can get to the heart of the city within 10 minutes. Whether you want to hop down to the Bob Marley Museum, the downtown waterfront, Castleton Gardens, Hope Gardens, Tuff Gong Studios, Devon House or any of the city's countless nightlife attractions. The property offers ample space for the business or leisure traveler. There are lovely gardens, quiet areas to read a book, or just listen to the birds chirp. Ths property sits in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods in Kingston. Adjacent to ambassadors residences, Paddington is known for unusually large lot sizes. Guest access Guests have access to a full kitchen for the preparation of meals. There is WiFi throughout the house, as well as cable TV. Guests are permitted, but please no unregistered overnight guests and no events or parties are to be held on the property. Other things to note This is a truly traditional Kingston residence. This is not a redeveloped house with the amenities you would find in a modern home. There are elevated wooden floors with an airy flowing feel to the home. Ceiling fans in every room, a front veranda and a laundry area with a washing machine but no dryer. There are air conditioners in two of the four bedrooms as well as a back patio. At the end of your stay, you will have experienced what old time Paddington Terrace was like. Please note that there is another cottage on the property with a long term tenant. The cottage shares only the driveway entrance ... everything else is completely separated. I do not allow unregistered overnight guests. Unfortunately, many guests who book this property make the decision to invite several extra people to stay once they arrive and realize how much space is available. Please note that there is a penalty of US$75 per person per night for guests who violate this policy. Please declare all of the guests in your party at the time of booking. If your guest count changes, you can make that change on the airbnb platform very easily up until you actually check in. If there are any questions about this policy, please reach out to me for clarification. This property sits on a large estate and can accommodate several people comfortably. However, it is my family home and not a hotel/motel. It means that I do not allow events/parties/gatherings/group dinners of any kind. If there is any doubt about what constitutes an event or party, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sadly, I’ve experienced an increased number of cases of unscrupulous inquiries for booking. I suppose it’s just a sign of the times. I will only confirm bookings if your identity is verified with airbnb. Once you have booked, I will ask you to send an image of each of your guests passport ID pages via the airbnb platform, at least 5 days prior to check in. If you are unwilling or unable to satisfy this request, I can request that airbnb refund your booking fees in accordance with the airbnb cancellation policies so that you're not out of pocket.
