Casa Flor de la Vida is located in within the exclusive gated community Las Olas in San Francisco, Nayarit or locally known as San Pancho. The impressive Villa is surrounded by the flora and fauna of the region. The property consists of the main house with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests and two independent loft villas that can accommodate 3 guests each. Daily housekeeping and concierge service included! There's an extra room with 2 queen beds that can be rented. The space Welcome to Casa Flor de la Vida, with breathtaking ocean and mountain views, beach-style architecture and Mexican interior design, it is the perfect combination of security, comfort, luxury and nature for family vacations, friends reunions and retreats. The villas feature large windows that flood the rooms with natural light and the beach breeze is the best complement to the peaceful ambiance. Each room has spacious bathrooms, closets and king or single size beds, sitting areas and air conditioning, as well as terrace with chairs and tables to showcase the magnificent views from sunrise to sunset. On the second floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a small private terrace, an internal dining room with a/c for 10 people and a second living room with smart tv that can be incorporated with the terrace where there are two dining tables, one with seating for 8 people and the other for 12 people. The terrace also has couches and sun loungers, two bathrooms with showers divided between women and men, a Kitchenaid gas grill area, a separate kitchenette, dish drainer and a frigobar. The pool has a heater that can be turned on during your stay for an extra charge of 50 USD per day. Please request this service in advance as the pool takes a long time to heat up! In the garden area there is a yoga shala where you can do any kind of exercise and a massage cabin where you can relax. We have a certified masseuse who gives the best massages in the area! On the second floor is the master bedroom Higuera with king size bed, walk in closet and bathroom, ocean view, terrace with two lounge chairs and a table for two. Bamboo room with king size bed, large bathroom and closet and a terrace overlooking the fauna of the property and the mountains in the back. Marina Room with king bed, large bathroom and closet and a terrace overlooking the ocean with a table for two. Parota room with two bunk beds, large bathroom and closet and a terrace with ocean view and a table for two. Down the garden you can find Casita Granada and Casita Papaya. Casita Granada has a kitchenette, dining room table for four and a pull out sofa bed; on the second floor you can find a king size bed and the bathroom. Casita papaya is the same size but with a different layout ideal for a family with children. On the first floor there is a kitchenette, a dining table, a small sofa and a queen size bed. And on the second floor there is a king size bed and a bathroom. There’s an additional 2 queen size bed room and a private bathroom that could also be rented for a nightly rate of $3,000. Guest access Daniela, the house manager will be at the property to receive you and show you around! We have a pre-arrival shopping service, so you don't have to worry about anything else but enjoying your stay. It has a $1,000 fee + the total purchase. The easiest way to get around in San Pancho is by golf cart, we will be happy to arrange it for you! Other things to note The cleaning service has no extra cost, we kindly ask you to leave a tip to the staff. There's a construction close to the villa. The golf carts rental will have a electricity fee of $200 pesos per cart per day that needs to be paid to the house manager at check in
