Dunham's Villa

This quirky house benefits from its own dock and swimming off the jetty in the warm Caribbean Sea. Bring your own boat if you want and sail from the house. With three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a lovely veranda that overlooks the water. Large kitchen/dinning room and a sitting room. Plenty of parking in the shade plus the security of electric gates. Just down the road is the fantastic Phare blue with a bar, restaurant and swimming pool that you can use. The space The house was completed in 2014 and we purchased it in 2022. Set in a beautiful garden with a Jetty giving access to the water. Private drive with gates and parking for many cars. If you wish to bring your own vessel please let us know and we can arrange for the dock to be available at an extra charge dependant on size. It has taken yachts up to 80 feet with 10ft draught and 150 ton displacement, stern too on the jetty. You must book as you will need docking instructions and the owners yacht will have to be moved. The dock has 3 x 16 amp 240 volt AC electric, water and Wi-Fi. You will be moored to 6 sand screws and for larger yachts you will also need to drop your bow anchor. The house is quirky with loads of character and unfortunately not suitable for young children due to the roof of the house is grass and accessible from the garden with a unprotected 20ft drop so young children are at risk and therefore not permitted for safety reasons. With 3 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge with workspace and a open plan kitchen/ dinning room it’s a comfortable detached house and garden. Downstairs you have a bedroom with shower room, the sitting room with office area leading to a spiral staircase upstairs where you you have open plan living area with kitchen/dinning room with double doors onto the balcony. The two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi bath and showers, both with access to the balcony with views over Egmont harbour. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A swim ladder enables you to swim from the jetty in the warm Caribbean Sea. Bedding and bath towels are included and we do have the great added feature of Phare Blue complex with marina, swimming pool, bar and restaurant plus a cafe and boutique 2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk away. Guest access The house is yours to use and the only part that is not available is the garage. It will only be you having occupancy of the house, once you are met if it’s still light when you arrive and the owners are around they will move off the jetty and leave you to enjoy the house and garden.
