It comes with living room complete with smart tv so you can catch up with all your favourite series whilst on holiday. There is a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to enable you to make your meals. There is an electric shower and heated towel rail in the bathroom. The double room has 2 twin beds. The space Twin Bedroom - 2 x single beds, wall mirror, tall draws, wardrobe, shelf space, bedside tables, lamps and linen. Kitchen - all facilities including oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery, pans, minimal kitchen cleaning products including tea towel, table and 4 stools Living Room - 2 x settee, smart tv, draws, coffee table, lamps. Bathroom - power shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, towels, bath mat and toilet rolls including spares. Not provided - Onsite car parking space (it is guests responsibility to find parking - there are 3 pay and display carparks in the village), hoover, toilet cleaning products, mop, hand towels The apartment is situated above a busy Indian restaurant which is open 5-10pm daily. **Please note we are not a Hotel or B&B therefore do not offer service you would expect from these establishments** Guest access The apartment is Room No. 1. This is clearly indicated on the door upstairs on entrance to the apartment. You will have a front door key which allows you to access the front entrance door to the restaurant hallway and a separate apartment key which gives you access to your accommodation. Upon opening the door you will enter your hallway which has coat hangers and a decorative wall mounted mirror. Off the hallway there are five doors; the first door on the right is inaccessible and not part of your accommodation. The second door on your right is the twin bedroom. The next door is the living room then the kitchen and the door to the left of the hallway is the bathroom. Other things to note There is fire escape access from the kitchen down the fire escape stairs and exit is through the wooden gates to the right of the fire escape stairs. The fire assembly point is across the road in the Regatta car park.
