Amazing apt. A jungle of comfort and curiosities

Incredible 100m2 apartment in the heart of “La Condesa”. If you are looking for a spacious, safe, ventilated and well-lit place at the best location in the city, this apartment is perfect for you. With restaurants, bookstores, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. Subway and metrobus are less than 50 meters from the entrance. The building has 2 elevators and 24/7 security. It has a small terrace for you to have your coffee outdoors. You will feel at home! It is perfect for long stays! The space Can an apartment be both cool and cozy? Yes it can. Can it be totally connected to the outside world or totally private according to your mood? Yes it can! (In this special times when air circulation is more important than ever and well ventilated spaces are way safer, what could be better than an apartment whose living/dining room can practically become a terrace due to its huge window?) Can an apartment have everything you need for your stay in Mexico City without feeling snobbish and pretentious? Also yes! Could it be in a better location or more affordable? I don’t think so. Guest access I divide my time between New York and Mexico City and this apartment is my home when I am in Mexico. Most of my personal things are locked away in a couple of chests so they won’t get in your way; however, feel free to grab and enjoy one of my books or dvds while you’re there; just please leave them back it in the same place where you found them prior to your departure.
