Historic neighborhood. One block to BSU Village and less than 1 mile to downtown; Ball Memorial Hospital just few blocks down the same street. Registered historic property; I think it represents best of the Ball Sate college town and old historic part of Muncie; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. Washer and dryers are available upon inquiry. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. This house is a charmingly older home in the center of muncie two blocks away from Ball State Campus linking white River and downtown Muncie. It’s in a registered historic neighborhood. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. Indoor space also includes a spacious living room area with sofas that recline and an open dining area, which could seat 4 or more people. Neighborhood has a mixture of real Muncie locals and college students due to it being one of the very first established neighborhoods and also its very immediate approximate location to Ball Sate. All rooms inside the house are accessible to guests. We request that guests refrain from going upstairs to the attic, down into the basement, or into the garage. Our house is in a quiet, safe, historic, established neighborhood one block away from The Village at BSU. Ball memorial hospital is just a few blocks down on the same street. Very much neighborhood feel with short walk to bars coffee shops and restaurants in the village. Neighbors are friendly and are local hence we kindly ask guests to be considerate to quiet hours at night. Parties strictly prohibited. Parking in the front of the house is not permitted. There is enough space in the back alley right next to our garage for 2 vehicles to park. Be sure to pull all the way in to the space so vehicles have room to drive by if necessary. This location is short walk to campus and restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the village. If visiting ball state is the sole purpose driving is not necessary for many people due to its very close location to campus with no major busy roads in between. Parking isn’t allowed in the front of the house without a permit. There are 2 parking spaces available in the back alley. Guests can walk through the back yard gates to enter the front door with keyless entry.
