Welcome! Enjoy the tranquility in the countryside, sports activities (e.g. running, cycling, horseback riding, tennis, etc.), the proximity to Vienna and Vienna Airport. Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured) The space Apartment on the upper floor The apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 80 m² in size and is available for exclusive use. In the large, bright and friendly living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, there is also a foosball table and a TV corner. A sofa or mattress on the floor is available as an additional sleeping space if needed. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a comfortable desk. The large bathroom has a shower and toilet. All rooms have electrically controlled shutters. Heating is central via underfloor heating, and the house is equipped with a living room ventilation system to always ensure very good air quality. On hot summer days, the house is air-conditioned by automated shading and central floor cooling. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 adults. Children are welcome. Bed sheets, dish towels and hand towels are provided free of charge. Parking Free parking is available at the property. yard The garden can also be used. In the garden there is a terrace with a large dining table, the pool and some children's play equipment (a large trampoline, a swing frame with slide, a climbing tree, a large sandbox with mud kitchen) as well as a hammock and a fire pit with grill. Children are to be supervised. Guest access The apartment on the upper floor is available for the exclusive use of guests. Access is via code at the common front door. The outdoor area (terrace, garden and pool) can also be used. Non-smoking Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, as well as in the entire house and pool area. In front of the door is a smoking option.
