Make yourself at home! The space This is a ground-floor apartment, located at the back of the building, which guarantees even more security and privacy for your stay. Although it is on the ground floor, to access the main door it is necessary to climb three steps of stairs. The apartment is spacious, very well ventilated and has three large bedrooms, plus a balcony, garage with an electronic gate and stable Wi-Fi. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or business trips. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the building, including the outdoor area and a barbecue with space to prepare and enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends. Other things to note We host workers, representatives, groups of graduates who come to graduate in Lages, families, groups of friends, people who come to participate in events in our city. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m. (on time). • We offer the convenience of early check-in or late check-out, upon prior notice and an additional fee.
