Lots of hiking, parks, dog parks, beaches, and shopping within walking distance - only a 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Wineries, orchards, etc. only a short drive away. Queen-sized bed accommodates 2 people, dogs are considered. The space Located a short walk from downtown. Fully furnished second story, access by stairs. Bed is queen-sized and we provide all sheets. Bathroom has towels, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, soap, hairdryer, etc. Kitchen is brand new with all pots and pans in the cupboard. Simple spices, salt and pepper, and olive oil will also be provided. There will be tea and coffee, and depending on your preference we can stock the fridge with breakfast items. Smart TV connected to high-speed WiFi means you can spend as long as you'd like watching Netflix on rainy days. Not suitable for children, but pets may be considered (more in Rules). Full private access, come and go as you please with no time restrictions. One parking space available, absolutely no smoking. Guest access Includes a full kitchen and bathroom (bath & shower). TV, WiFi, laundry accessible through hosts for very small fee, Air Conditioning, Heating, Fire Place, Private Deck. Other things to note There may be light construction noise from a house renovation during waking hours, but they don't start too early or finish too late.
