Other things to note * ATTENTION Noises: We live on the upper floor, there is always movement here. Eventually you can hear us, especially in the morning and late afternoon. We have 2 dogs and 1 baby. You can hear some of our movement during the day. But nothing excessive, as we value and strive to offer guests a great experience. We are in one of the best located neighborhoods on the island. It is close to the beach (5 min by car) and shops, markets, restaurants, etc. (5 min by car), but it has managed to preserve its identity as the most charming neo-caiçara neighborhood, as it is hidden in the forest, away from the urban rush, with a delightful vibe of being immersed in the majestic nature of Ilhabela. In the commercial center of Perequê, we have the best of everything on the island: top supermarket (Frade), plus pharmacies, the coolest stores, great restaurants, banks, etc. Everything for your convenience is there in Perequê. Leaving the apartment towards the other beaches is also easy: in 15 to 20 minutes you can reach almost all the best beaches, both in the south and north of the island (Feiticeira, Julião, Saco da Capela, Ilha das Cabras, Praia Grande, Curral, Engenho D'água, Santa Teresa, Siriuba, Viana and many others), except for the few beaches in the most isolated areas and those that are accessible only by boat, hiking trail or Jeep (Bonete, Castelhanos are the best known). In addition, being right in the center of the island, it is easy to get to know the beaches of the South and North and even cross the island towards Castellanos. Wonderful neighborhood, quiet, full of nature, fireflies, toucans, parrots and lots of peace. In Perequê we have the best supermarket in the city (Frade - it's like Pão de Açúcar - it is very complete and you can find everything and with quality), good shops, restaurants, snack bars, candy stores, gas station, banks and everything else for your convenience. Privileged location, very central in Ilhabela, so access is easy to the beaches both south, north and to the historic center as well (where there is live music, shows and lots of beautiful people every night). You can enjoy the beach and return home to a quiet retreat to rest even in the middle of the season. As the house is located on the mountain, I do not recommend our accommodation for those who do not have their own vehicle. Family and relaxed atmosphere.
