The MVP at Sports Village | Pet Friendly Retreat

Welcome MVP to our property that was designed with you, our Most Valuable People in mind. The space The MVP at Sports Village has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickle ball courts and gym there is something for everyone. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo. Please note: The freezer has ice cube trays available. The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge are not operational. PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation! Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet. Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds) We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture. We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding. While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture. (Pet fee is not automatically applied and will be due after booking) PARKING: There is a one car garage and free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV’s. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm. NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval. Master: King - Sleeps 1-2. There is a bathroom across the hall. Guest Room - Queen and a Bunk Bed with 3 beds and 1 Trundle. Sleeps 1-6. En suite bathroom. Living Room couch has a pull out that sleeps 1 person. This unit is on the ground floor. Guest access Community Amenities Include: - 2 Large Pools & Jacuzzis (w/ separate Kids Pool) - 2 Tennis Courts / 2 Pickleball Courts - Full-Court Basketball - Sand Volleyball - Jogging Paths, Shuffleboard, and Playground Clubhouse includes: - 2 Racquetball Courts - Workout room - Game room with Mini Golf, Billiards, Ping Pong, and more... Local Attractions: - Tonaquint Park - Pioneer Park - Tuacahn - Gunlock State Park - Sand Hollow State Park - Zion National Park - Bryce Canyon National Park NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house.
