A super nice, modernly furnished house directly on the lake with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV, terrace with Weber grill, roof terrace with lounge furniture, gallery with hanging chair, study with desk and and and and. Guest access The whole house including the terraces on the ground floor and 1st floor are accessible for the guests. Other things to note You are welcome to bring your own bed linen, fitted sheets and towels. Or book it for 18 euros per guest before your arrival. We only pass on the costs we pay for cleaning. In addition, you must pay 2 euros per day per traveler aged 14 and over. The house is not suitable for parties, bachelor parties, graduation trips, etc. Due to the immediate location on the edge of the forest, an open fire in any form (fire bowl, charcoal grill, mobile smoking oven, fireworks) is prohibited by law.
