Our beautiful condo has 3 Bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people, full kitchen and all amenities. The kitchen comes fully stocked and accompanies a living room area with a glass sliding door that opens to one of your personal balconies. A perfect spot ton enjoy the sunrise! Other things to note Important: -Primary Renter must be 25 years of Age (30 during month of March) -No pets allowed (strictly enforced by condo association) -Required to provide additional info on signed rental agreement. -Total of 8 guests, including children and infants, are allowed in the resort. No additional visitors are allowed on site. MARCH/APRIL RENTERS On the following dates, March 13th - March22nd March 27th-April 5th The renters and guests must be a single family unit.
